If you’re a high-achieving leader aiming to reach your greatest potential, then you should expect to face multiple fears throughout your days: fear of failure, fear of inadequacy, fear of criticism. We all experience anxiety and fears.

The good news is that it is not the fear that defines the potential of a leader, but the leader’s response.
