A Clean Mirror

Can you imagine what it would look like to walk in the Holiness of God? Is that even possible?
 
Perhaps the most important element is to realize that holiness is attainable – not as a perfect state but as a condition that mirrors God.
 
It begins with God. We become holy only as the holiness of God is appropriated to us by faith through Christ. So really, we can only claim holiness as we claim to allow God’s holy nature to be seen in us. It means we partner with the Holy Spirit to wipe off the mirror of our lives so that the image God created in us may once again be seen as an accurate reflection of God’s own nature – which is holy.
